1. Free Trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. The trial is designed to give you enough time to evaluate whether Task CLI is right for you.
2. Refund Window
If you subscribe to Pro and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to task@simples.media with:
- The email address associated with your account
- A brief reason for the refund (helps us improve, but not required)
We'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued through Paddle (our payment processor) to your original payment method.
4. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day refund window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
5. Exceptions
We may offer refunds outside the 7-day window at our discretion in cases of:
- Extended service outages that prevented you from using the Service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other exceptional circumstances
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data remains accessible until the billing period ends
- After that, your account reverts to the free trial state
